Charles Vallow got an Order of Protection after Lori Vallow threatened to kill him
by Nathan'ette Burdine: April 24, 2020

Charles Vallow went to the courthouse and got himself an Order of Protection after Lori Vallow told him she was a “God” who would bring about his end if he continued getting “in her way.”

A “God” she is not. But, a crazy human being who is showing signs of a stereotypical killer spouse, she is.

The former Mrs. Vallow did all the things that a stereotypical killer spouse does. She joined a new religious group, cheated on her husband with a married man, neglected her children, expressed regret about her married life, and she tried changing Charles Vallow’s $1 million life insurance policy so that she would get all of the money upon his death.

According to Joshua “JJ” Vallow’s grandmother, Kay Woodcock, Lori Vallow’s infidelity and her attempts at changing Charles Vallow’s life insurance policy made it crystal clear to Charles Vallow that she “was done with him, with their relationship, and that she was done with being a mom.” Therefore, Charles Vallow did the only thing he could do which is to remove that wife of his from his life.

Charles Vallow filed for divorce. He asked the insurance company to remove Lori Vallow’s name off his $1 million life insurance policy and to place Kay Woodcock’s name on the beneficiary line because he believed that Woodcock would provide for “JJ” and his other two children whom he had from a previous relationship. “I want nothing to go to Lori or any member of her family,” is what Charles Vallow CC Kay Woodcock on in an email. And knowing Lori Vallow, all of that CCing sent her over the moon.

Like everybody else, she knows that folks only CC folks who they trust. And the fact that her then husband CCed their son’s grandmother and not her sent her anger level through the roof.

Lori Vallow more than likely said to herself, “I dare he CC her without even BCCing me. Who does he think he is? Well, with the power of Christ compelling me, I’ll show him! Hmm!” And show him, she did.

Lori Vallow kept her promise to make Charles Vallow “dead any day”, now, if he continued meddling in her preparation “for Christ’s second coming in July 2020.”

On July 11, 2019, Charles Vallow met his end. He arrived at the home to pick up his son “JJ” so that he could take him to school. Sometime after his arrival at the home, an argument erupted and a fight broke out between him and Lori Vallow’s brother, Alex Cross.

Cross was getting his hide worn out and decided to throw in the towel by throwing bullets into Charles Vallow’s chest.

Lori Vallow and the two children were all there when it happened. But as to be expected, the children were two afraid to say what they really saw. The children couldn’t tell the police that their father was justified in beating their uncle to a pulp, and that in an effort to get that $1 million life insurance policy, their mother more than likely orchestrated the whole thing. Therefore, the police wrote it up as a self-defense case. But, like all things, the truth finds a way to leak out.

The police began looking at the case differently after the two children, 17-year-old Tylee Ryan and 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow, went missing and dead bodies began popping up around Lori Vallow and her new husband, Chad Daybell.

Alex Cross, by the way, ended up dying not long after his niece and nephew went missing. Chad Daybell’s wife, Tammy Daybell, also turned up dead.

Tammy Daybell’s untimely death, along with the fact that Chad Daybell received $430,000 in life insurance money, has sent the state of Idaho Attorney General Office folks’ antennas up so that they have taken over Tammy Daybell’s case and are looking into murder and conspiracy to commit murder charges against Chad Daybell and his new bride, Lori Daybell.

Lori Daybell is currently sitting in jail, hoping that the judge will lower her $1 million bond to an amount that her new husband can afford with the $430,000 in life insurance money that he got from his late wife’s death.

Now, I don’t know if Lori Vallow is going to get out. But if she does, the state of Idaho better get ready to get the help of the federal government in hunting her down because on the run is what she and her new husband are going to be.

And unlike the last time, I don’t think the state will luck up and find them.  Y’all know what they say, “Third time’s a charm.” And knowing those two, they are going to run away to a country where there’s no extradition treaty with the U.S. of A.
